Do you have a workout plan?

Some have a workout plan that they make use of every day when it comes to exercising. This has helped them stay focused while keeping their eyes on the ball when it comes to training. Are you the type who's got such a plan?
 
Honestly, I don't have any workout plan for the moment. I simply do some drills that I've known how to work with over the years. I'm going to register for the gym maybe next month

Going to the gym is definitely a smart approach towards achieving that fitness goal that you set out to achieve. With a subscription plan, you already know when to visit the gym and what you aim to achieve while at that.
 
I have an app that I make use of when it has to do with training. That app has been a lifesaver for me since then. It even contains the meals that I need to be taking if I want to succeed in keeping fit.
 
No, I don't have any workout plan at the moment. I will admit that I'm very lazy to workout now but I hope that changes very soon before I add too much weight.
 
It's usually during the weekend that I have time to work out. I am not a business owner or working for myself. I have to clock in for work throughout the weekdays.

The thing about working out is that it is much better for those who has got a plan on how they go about it. It may not be easy for someone who is just starting, but it is always a better move if you keep doing that within that period.

It is still good. All you have to do is stay consistent with working out and hopefully, everything gets to fall into place for you.
 
I don't have any defined workout routine for now but whenever I managed to go to the gym, I work on my biceps, chest, core and legs. I never miss out working on my legs.

Yeah, that's true. I wish I could workout more often but unfortunately it's not possible now. Maybe when things become more free for me, I'll do more.
 
No, I don't have any workout plan. I workout whenever I'm in the mood and I don't put myself under any pressure whatsoever because I look good the way my body is built now.
