Honestly, I don't have any workout plan for the moment. I simply do some drills that I've known how to work with over the years. I'm going to register for the gym maybe next month
No, I don't have any workout plan at the moment. I will admit that I'm very lazy to workout now but I hope that changes very soon before I add too much weight.
It's usually during the weekend that I have time to work out. I am not a business owner or working for myself. I have to clock in for work throughout the weekdays.
Yeah, that's true. I wish I could workout more often but unfortunately it's not possible now. Maybe when things become more free for me, I'll do more.It is still good. All you have to do is stay consistent with working out and hopefully, everything gets to fall into place for you.
