One of the main weapons in basketball is the skill of shooting. If you are a cold blooded shooter, you would be feared by your opponents. In the NBA, there are a lot of skilled shooters who could really light it up and go for 30, 40, 50 or 60 in a single game. Reggie Miller, Larry Bird, Glen Rice, Ray Allen, Kobe, Jordan, Durant, Lebron, Nowitzki.. Who do you think is the best?

I would have to say that the most cold blooded shooter in the NBA right now has to be Kevin Durant. Dude has been in beast mode since the start of the year and honestly doesn't look as if he plans to slow down anytime soon.
