Chelsea sacked Enzo Maresca

Chelsea football club have parted ways with their head coach Enzo Maresca after relationship broke down completely between the manager and the board. Enzo Maresca was sacked on new year's day after Chelsea drew Bournemouth in the English Premier League.

Why can't Chelsea back their managers on a long term?

I will never be surprised whenever I woke up to the news about Chelsea sacking any of their managers because it's the club's DNA to sack coaches even when they are doing a good job.
