Do You Exercise?

If you're not exercising regularly, it's risky for your health. Lack of working out might lead to heart diseases especially if you're fat. It's why I do my best at working out often.
 
I am just coming back from the gym because I couldn't go in the morning as a result of the emergency that I had. There is no way I would miss my gyming session in a day.
 
No, I don't workout very well. Call me lazy, I can't help it. Unless someone will drag my lazy arse to be gym, I don't see myself waking up and working out at the gym or at home.
 
Exercising is paramount in my life every day. If I don't work out, I feel like something is missing in my life that very day. Even if it's 10 to 15 minutes workout, I'm cool with it.
 
That's lovely! A lot of people underrate how important walking are. To me, it is one of the best forms of exercising and staying in pretty good shape.
Walking is very good. It's the same thing with running. This is why I walk at least 6000 steps daily.

6000 steps everyday is very big. You must be walking around too much daily probably as a result of the kind of job you're doing?

I walk max 2500 steps everyday, some days it's lesser.
