The rules are getting ridiculous. I feel like every new season I have to familiarize myself with 'rules to make our players safe'. Excessive celebrating? Who in the world are you making safe the fans viewing running backs who cannot dance?
I get it. No one wants to be responsible for concussions & brain damage. Makes sense. Helmet-to-helmet I've never had an argument against. I just would love it if the NFL stopped pretending all these nonsensical rules have anything to do with safety. I feel like it has more to do with extending these games to sell more ad space than it has to do with player safety.
